DEPOT CARDIFF

Last year we were approached by the Depot in Cardiff to feature in their street food offering during the festive period. The 24,000 sq ft, former warehouse is host to a hidden speakeasy, a series Bingo Lingo nights and a number of other events. 

The team served thousands of visitors over a four week period, selling sweet and savory treats that complimented the events other food and drink offerings. These included a pulled brisket beef chilli with nachos, sour cream, guacamole and a vegan saag aloo, which is a sweet potato, cauliflower and spinach curry.

We also served a selection of baked treats, including chocolate chip cookies, Tom's famous chocolate brownie, festive baklava and beignets, served with chocolate sauce, cinnamon and cream (a regular sell out).
